Time of Completion:

Upon Gabbart Communications receiving all needed information from the school and/or school district representative, we will have web hosting available for the District and schools within two weeks from date of receipt. Training will be scheduled based upon availability of school staff and our trainers.

Maintenance and Support:

All User Support is included at no additional cost to the school district. Gabbart Communications provides telephone support Monday – Saturday from 8:00AM – 9PM CST. E-Mail support is provided 24x7x365. All support requests are handled exclusively by Gabbart Communications trainers who know the product and speak English. Support requests may be submitted via a web-based support request, e-mail or toll-free telephone support.

Company Name Change

School districts will continue to receive the same products, training, and support that they have become accustomed too.

After 8 years of serving school districts as Scholastic Communications, we have been forced to change our name, due to a trademark infringement lawsuit from Scholastic, Inc.  Effective November 1, 2011, our new company name will be Gabbart Communications.  All future correspondence, including e-rate bids will be under our new name.  Our company ownership, address, phone number, and all personnel will remain the same.   School districts will continue to receive the same products, training, and support that they have become accustomed too. 

After communications with the Scholastic, Inc. legal team and consulting with our trademark attorney, we were advised that we could win but would incur upwards of $500,000 in legal fees and years in court.  We did not want to pass the fees on to our customers in the form of a price increase so we decided to settle the suit and change our name. Our focus is and always has been to improve education by improving parental involvement and communications.  We couldn’t do this while dealing with their frivolous lawsuit.
