Michael Palmer graduated from Owasso High School in 1977. He attended Claremore Junior College and Southeastern Oklahoma State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1981. In 1991, he received his Master's in Secondary Education from East Central University.

He spent 32 years in education, retiring in the summer of 2014. His stops include Bethel, Wayne, Turner, and Silo Public Schools. The last 12 years were spent as an H.S. /J.H. Principal. His wife Kelly is a 4^th-5^th grade Social Studies teacher at Silo. They have 3 kids - Kami, Kassie, & Kale and also have 7 grandchildren!

Michael joined the Gabbart Communications team in the summer of 2014 as an Account Manager. He was not new to Gabbart, as Silo used Gabbart Communications as their website host. Michael is looking forward to traveling to Oklahoma, north and west Texas, Colorado and New Mexico to bring a great product to their schools that will serve their staff, students, & community for many years.
